Hello csharphelp.com users!
As we are all aware programming is never an easy task and at times we need the assistance of others to get us through some issues we may be having with a project. In that respect I would like to propose a set of guidelines for the community that could help in getting the best and fastest answer possible for any question.
#1 - When posting a question please be very detailed about your issue because it makes a world of difference. For example a post that just says "I can't get my textbox to change colors" is much different then "I can't get my textbox to change colors depending on the value of an RGB or HEX entry into another textbox"
#2 - Post your code or project: I know that at times we want to keep our code or project under wraps for our own personal reasons however an answer is much easier to come by with the code you are using formatted in the way you have it formatted and with the same variables. This is true because the smallest change in code can be the difference between a broken and working program.
#3 - Please contribute to the community. Although we love to assist with C# it is the community bond that makes this a great forum. Even if you are new to C# you are never excluded from offering an opinion or suggestion that may help others learn from what you know.
I hope we can all build a better community together!
