Custom Dial Control

I made this dial as one of my assignemts in school, and I have to write an article.This is a custom control dial that changes the arrow position when the left or right arrow keys are pressed. This is a customizable control that uses attributesto allow the user to change various dial properties like the arrow color and style.I made it easier to use by disabling default properties.This control also contains a delegate to hook up methods to an event that is to be called when the dial is twisted. Just Use the control's Add() to add methods to the event. The Place property value changes as the dial is twisted. Just drag and drop the SergeDial control onto any form this dial is to be used on and that's about it. I've included the actual control and an example ofusing the control.
